We also participate with other insurance carriers.  Please contact your insurance carrier prior to making an appointment to determine if your care will be covered.


For existing patients or hospital patients with questions regarding fees, your  insurance coverage or  about billing, please contact the billing office at  (248) 682-0469, as the doctors are unable to return phone calls  regarding billing questions.  


Prospective patients should contact their  insurance carrier in order to determine their benefits.  Insurance plans requiring prior  authorization of office treatment are also generally not accepted.   


Yes.  Appointments are held via Zoom or other appropriate interactive telehealth platforms so that appointments can be held from the comfort of your own home.  


Please note that due to the very private nature of our practice, walk-in patients, in-person inquiries, pharmaceutical or other sales  representatives, and any type of visit or entry into the building without an appointment are not permitted for any reason.
